The Lagoon Nebula M8 (bottom center) and the Trifid Nebula M20 (upper right) grace this
image taken on May 25, 2015 from the southwestern flank of Mt. Graham in Arizona at
9000 feet elevation.  In the the lower left edge is the star cluster NGC 6544, in the
center of the Lagoon Nebula is another star cluster, NGC 6530, and above the Trifid
Nebula is another star cluster, M21 (upper right edge).  In the upper left is a complex
of fainter nebulosity known at IC 1274-5.  The starry background is the concentration
of our Milky Way galaxy near its center in the constellation of Sagittarius.

This image was taken with a Canon 60Da and 200mm f/2 telephone set at f/4 at ISO
800 for 5 minutes, all mounted on a Losmandy GM-8 tracker using a polar axis finder
set on the NCP.  No other tracking was used.
